Thanks again for your good work on my bike. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your skill and your attention to detail. With your good work and the good work of the folks back in Bavaria, I expect to get another fifteen years from my K1100RS.

Before you opened your repair shop, I was beginning to tear out my hair. It's a long ways to Santa Fe from here. Sure, it's a nice ride, but I don't always have the day or two to spare. Plus I think that your willingness to search for an answer rather than jumping at the first possibility is what impresses me most.

Stay in biz Harry. Without you, I'd probably sell my bike.
